“Both ads, ‘Mrs PM’ and ‘The Press Gallery-Leaks, Scoops & Scandals’ have been a stunning success for our client Old Parliament House and for ZOO Advertising thanks to the magic of Eye Candy’s Animation. They have refreshed the brand no end and inspired the public to attend these exhibitions in droves, why? Because they don’t just animate in a basic way but go further and actually create deep worlds in which to bring the ideas and the script to life.

The team are brilliant, instinctive and incredibly thorough, they took extensive photographs of objects that are unique to Old Parliament House; such as the red and green lights that signal which house is in session. They painstakingly cut out different members of the Press Gallery from old ‘annual classroom style’ photographs and created bodies for them as well as recreating each and every room in the Gallery and the House of Reps to perfection. Their interpretation of the script was spot on and the typewriter scenario was art directed overnight on one or two occasions, showing a commitment to the job that is exceptional.
