With droughts tipped to be longer, drier and more frequent the ACTEW Corporation has been working to increase the ACT region’s sources of water. Bearcage Productions and Eye Candy collaborated to make this 30 second TVC to help illustrate ACTEW’s plan to enlarge one of Canberra’s main water supplies, Cotter Dam.

Hired for their visual effects expertise, the team oversaw all the special effects for this project. The rising water levels and dam wall/walkway that constructs as time passes were all produced by Eye Candy to help the community understand ACTEW’s project and the future outcomes.
