To launch ActewAGL’s new 25% off ‘Bundles’ discount we partnered with Grey WorldWide Canberra to produce a 30 second TVC to promote the new discounted offering to the Canberra region. Using custom built shaders we devised a style which gave an illustrative, fun and youthful feel to the TVC. The approach to sound design gave the impression that the main character had wandered up the side of a hill away from a carnival or sideshow. Blending this new visual style with the carnival like sound design enabled the straight forward retail message of ActewAGL’s 25% off “Bundles” promotion to be communicated in an entertaining and light-hearted way. The bonus is that there is nothing else quite like it on TV.
